Sleeps up to 4 people either as 2x KING BEDS or a KING BED and 2x SINGLE BEDS. 405 sleeps up to 5 people either as a king bed and 1x set of bunk beds with an extra trundle bed for a 5th person if required, or 2x single beds and 1x set of bunk beds with an extra trundle bed for a 5th person if required. 406 sleeps up to 4 people as a king bed and a queen bed. Privacy curtains divide the open plan area into two . Room pricing includes up to 2 people. Extra people are an additional cost to cover extra linen, housekeeping, breakfast and essential service, i.e. electricity & water. Bedding and linen is only provided for the exact number of people booked. Spa suite rooms have a large outside balcony area at the rear with outdoor table and chairs with an amazing outlook over Lake Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains.
